Our wedding photography packages are designed to capture every beautiful moment of your special day with professionalism and style. Each package includes professional editing of your photos and access to a secure online gallery where you can view and share your memories. Depending on your chosen package, you can expect between 200 to 800 high-quality images. Our exclusive packages offer additional perks, such as a professional gallery and a flash drive containing all your images, as well as a stunning A4 photobook with 20 pages (included only in our Diamond package). Plus, we offer thoughtful bridesmaids gift boxes valued at R500 each.

For those who desire a personal touch, we welcome requests for specific photo edits or style adjustments after the initial delivery. These can be completed for a nominal fee of R50 per photo, with a turnaround time of two weeks following your written request. Upon delivery of your gallery, you will have a two-week window to request any changes. After this period, we will assume you are satisfied with your photos. Let us help you immortalize your wedding day with elegance and care.

Your wedding day is a momentous occasion meant to be cherished, and capturing it beautifully through photographs is essential for preserving those memories. To ensure that your photos are as stunning as your special day, consider scheduling your photo session during the Golden Hour, the magical time just before sunset when natural light creates a warm and enchanting glow. Allocating at least an hour and a half for your photo session can provide your photographer with ample time to capture a variety of shots that truly encapsulate the essence of your celebration. Staying on schedule is key to avoiding any last-minute rushes or missed opportunities, so try to adhere to your planned timetable as closely as possible. With careful planning and a bit of flexibility, you'll have a collection of beautiful images to treasure forever.

By offering a travel fee of R4 per kilometer beyond a 30km range, We ensure that our clients are aware of any additional costs upfront, which is both transparent and fair. Our commitment to finding the most economical travel options demonstrates our dedication to providing excellent service while keeping expenses manageable. The final edits will be delivered +/- 6-8 weeks after the wedding (as per chosen option), sneak peaks to be given within 7 working days from the wedding date that includes 10 edited images.
Photo USB, Wedding Album or Coffee Table book will be ready for collection +/- 6-8 weeks after the photos was delivered.
This is to allow time for editing and printing.
We will contact you when photographs are ready for collection.
Albums, USB, prints and all other products or materials needs to be picked up by the client.
The items may be shipped to the Client at the Client’s expense by a shipping method that allows tracking of the package and with an appropriate amount of insurance. Liability for loss or damage of any items once they have entered into the custody of the shipping company will no longer rest with The Photographers but will transfer to the shipping company.
The Client may stipulate in writing a specific shipping company and amount of insurance coverage, otherwise the client agrees to leave this choice up to The Photographers.
It is the client’s responsibility to pay shipping/postal fees beforehand. Photobook photos must be chosen within 6 months after receiving of wedding photos.

This paragraph outlines the terms and conditions of a wedding photography service. The photographers are prepared to work under various weather conditions, even turning rain into a creative advantage. While they strive to deliver exceptional photographs, their liability is capped at refunding reservation fees in case of any breach of the agreement. Due to the dynamic nature of weddings, specific shots are not guaranteed, but efforts will be made to accommodate requests. The photographers are not accountable for missed coverage due to time constraints or venue restrictions, nor for personal interpretations of the photos. Guests are welcome to take photos as long as they do not disrupt the professionals. Clients are encouraged to communicate any factors that might impact photography. Additionally, a post-wedding shoot option is available if weather disrupts the event, along with an optional "trash the dress" session for a fun, unconventional twist.

Here is a refined version of your payment terms for wedding photography services:

"We offer flexible payment options ranging from 3 to 12 months, with all outstanding balances due one week before the wedding date. A non-refundable deposit of 60% is required, or as arranged per your chosen payment plan, to secure your date. The final balance must be paid on or before 5 days prior to your wedding. If the full balance is not reflected in our bank account by the wedding day, the photographer is not obligated to attend, and no deposits will be refunded. Cancellation fees apply based on the proximity of the cancellation to the wedding date. If a payoff option was chosen, payments already made will be refunded (no Deposit will be refunded) if the cancellation occurs at least 2 months in advance, minus a fee of R1000 for each month prior to the 2-month window."

All clients will recieve professional edited photos, high resolution JPEG files via a online gallery, and NO RAW files will be provided. The photographer retains ownership of the RAW files and that the client's usage of the files rights are limited to the delivered JPEGs. No other photographer has the right to edit on my files and use them for themselves.
Standard practice, That no second shooter can be hired if it wasn't stated in the contract,
clients must first get the photographers approval for a second shooter.

When planning a wedding, it's important for the couple to understand the roles and responsibilities of each vendor, including the photographer. The photographer's main focus is to capture the special moments of the day, but they are not responsible for managing the behavior of guests or coordinating family members for photos. It's beneficial for the couple to designate a family member or friend to help organize and gather relatives for group shots, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This way, the photographer can concentrate on capturing beautiful images without unnecessary delays, ensuring the best possible results in the given timeframe. Clear communication and planning can help avoid any potential issues and make the day enjoyable for everyone involved.
As a photographer, I strive to capture the best possible moments during your session. However, it's important to understand that I am not responsible for ensuring that children smile or behave perfectly. If a child becomes upset or cries, I will do my best to work with the situation and capture genuine moments. Please keep in mind that I may be a stranger to the child, which could cause additional distress. You, as the client, have the option to take some time to calm the child or consider taking photos without them if needed. When photographing multiple children, I will make every effort to encourage smiles and engagement, but I cannot guarantee that everyone will cooperate simultaneously. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated to make the session as smooth as possible.
